1. Are you a factory or a trading company?

     Yes, we do produce some items by ourself but mainly act as a sourcing trade 

     company over 10 years.

2. Can you do OEM or ODM orders?

    Yes, we do as we also accept wholesale orders for most of items here listed in this

     shop based on listed wholesale price per different qty. level.

   For wholesale order amount below usd2000.0 normally ship by air, for ordering, will

   do FOB Ningbo or Shanghai.We are open to negotiate on the term and shipping way.

5.How about payment method:

   We accept T/T, L/C(subject to amount over USD30000.0 short term, Long term,

    Western Union, Paypal or other ways.

6.How about the product warranty and after sale service?

   We will take full responsiblity on the items we sell, for any defect, you can either

   require replacement for free or reimbursement. so long as the reasonable approval

7. What safty certificate are you able to provide? EN71 for toy will be provided upon

     request.

8. How about samples?

    Will be able to send pre-shipment samples on our cost upon ordering. 

9. How about shipment date?

    Normally takes 30-45 days for delivery.
